Welcome to Chef Brooks Catering

Chef Brooks Catering is a family-owned business. We customize the menu to suit you and your event. We are fully mobile and can feed large groups at any location.

Our chef, Steven Brooks has been catering since 1991. Large events include, Talladega Hall of Fame, Senior PGA, LPGA, Razorback football, and countless weddings, receptions, and events of all types.

Cook with Brooks

Cook with Brooks was an amazing season of traveling the state of Arkansas, meeting farmers and families. When we find something that they were growing or raising, we brought it back and made a dish. Check out cook with brooks on YouTube.

Amazing getting to represent Northwest Arkansas in New York on Beat Bobby Flay. Season 29 episode 5, Who’s Wayne is it Anyway hosted by Wayne Brady and Damaris Phillips.

The Family

We are family owned and operated since 2021. We have been catering all of our married life. 22 great years with Mandy. The handsome guy in the middle is our son Noah, who also is a part of our business. We do everything as a team.

Cater Anywhere

We have a fully propane driven kitchen. Able to go anywhere and feed a group of 50 to 500. We pride ourselves on being mobile. We are doing festivals, golf, tournaments, weddings, and all events in between.

Our chef has 30 years experience in Foodservice. All of it under a catering label. Starting in gourmet, grocery and catering, country club, and restaurant. All of which includes the catering aspect.
